Job Summary:

Assist Fleet Distribution Manager/Supervisor with running of daily operations reports. Dispatch local market shuttle drivers. Ordering of office supplies. Compile and update employee files. Compile and execute daily distribution game plan from faxed and email vehicle requests.

Essential Duties and Responsibilities:

  • Compile and execute daily distribution game plan from faxed and email vehicle requests

  • Dispatch local market shuttle drivers

  • Assist Distribution Manager/Supervisor with running of daily operations reports

  • Compile and update employee files

  • Order office supplies as needed

Knowledge, Skills and Abilities:

  • Good communication skills required

  • Must be able to work independently with little supervision

  • Must have basic computer skills

  • Wizard familiarity is a plus

  • Familiarity with Southern California area a plus
