Avis Budget Group HRIS Analyst in Tulsa, Oklahoma

The HRIS Analyst is a key member of Avis Budget Group global HR Operations team and is responsible for the administration of the global HRIS. This role will focus on delivering a great user experience and continuously looking for ways to streamline and improve the HRIS System. We are looking for a team player who is ready to jump in and help us build the systems and processes to support our employees.

Essential Duties and Responsibilities:

  • Implement and administer global HRIS, Employee Portal, Knowledgebase and Case Management systems

  • Educate employees of HR Services available to them and encourages self-service tools such as the HR4U Portal and other HRIS systems

  • Enhances reporting capability and utilization through dashboards and new report design

  • Creates ad hoc reports and metrics

  • Perform audits of data within HRIS

  • Administer application security and configurations

  • Diagnose system problems, resolve issues quickly and directly in order to maximize performance

  • Actively contributes to delivering, maintaining and improving HR services, procedures and processes to increase employee satisfaction, driving performance and achieving results

  • Provides training and guidance to managers and employees on systems and processes

  • Act as an escalation point to HR4U in the resolution of employee system issues

  • Manage special projects as needed

  • Other duties as assigned

Required Experience:

  • At least 3-5 years’ experience in a similar role

  • Bachelor’s Degree in Information Systems, Business or related field.

  • Experience with case/incident management software is highly desirable

  • Workday or other HRIS experience preferred

  • Experience in an HR Service Center / Contact Center Operations

  • Advanced Excel Experience
