To be successful, you must be available to work 20 hours per week and during this time interns will be provided with a challenging, educational and rewarding experience. Essential duties and responsibilities, shown below, will vary accordingly based on assignment.

  • Support the HR & Talent Acquisition teams in recruiting activity & administration

  • Perform transactional recruiting tasks within our applicant tracking system

  • Support our campus attraction plans as a Hiring Ambassador

  • Help to leverage our employer brand through targeted social media activity

  • Leverage innovative recruitment marketing, sourcing and attraction tools, techniques and processes to identify and recruit high caliber talent at scale

  • Provide administrative support for volume hiring events also acting as an ambassador for ABG

Required Experience

  • Active enrollment at college/university through August 2018

  • Completed at least one year of coursework

  • Cumulative GPA of 3.0 or higher

  • Working towards Bachelor’s degree or Masters in Human Resources or related business field

  • Strong data gathering and data analysis skills

  • Advance MS Excel, Word and PowerPoint skills

    Required knowledge, skills and abilities

  • Communicate clearly and concisely, both orally and in writing

  • Comfortable speaking to large groups and presenting at job fairs/open houses

  • Strong interpersonal, organization, and time management skills

  • Ability to multi-task and work independently in a fast paced environment and act with a sense of urgency

  • Contribute positively to the organization, both individually and as part of a team

  • Solid PC skills including knowledge of MS Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint)
