Essential duties and responsibilities, shown below, will vary accordingly based on assignment.
Prepares asset, liability, and capital account entries by compiling and analyzing account information.
Documents financial transactions by entering account information.
Works with ADP reporting to prepare payroll funding requirements on a weekly basis.
Summarizes current financial status by collecting information; preparing balance sheet, profit and loss statement, and other reports.
Records toll accounting transactions at month end and analyze P&L for reasonableness.
Work with field operating staff to validate inventories and petty cash balances.
Working toward an accounting or finance degree.
Good work ethic.
Required knowledge, skills and abilities
Communicate clearly and concisely, both orally and in writing
Strong interpersonal, organization, and time management skills
Ability to multi-task and work independently in a fast paced environment and act with a sense of urgency
Contribute positively to the organization, both individually and as part of a team
Advanced MS Excel and intermediate Word and PowerPoint skills
A valid driver's license is required for all positions. Drug screening is a part of our hiring process.
