Avis Budget Group Business License Administrator in Parsippany, New Jersey
Essential Duties and Responsibilities
Project management to apply for an obtain and maintain licenses for car dealerships nationwide. This would include Certificate of Operation, business licenses, and dealer licenses.
Ensure business licenses compliance with company standards, local and federal laws.
Foster strong and collaborative relationships with internal and external stakeholders.
Create and maintain comprehensive licensing documentation.
Report and escalate to management as needed.
This position does not have any formal supervisory responsibilities.
Qualifications (may vary by level)
Previous experience applying for and obtaining business licenses.
Previous experience applying for and obtaining dealer licenses.
Previous experience working with government agencies.
Licensed Notary Public is a plus.
Strong administrative experience.
High School diploma or GED equivalent required.
Required Knowledge, Skills and Abilities
Strong understanding of business licensing processes, including zoning laws and licensing requirements required.
Excellent organizational skills and ability to manage multiple priorities.
Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
Must be proficient with Microsoft Excel.
