The impact you’llort Analyst, you will be called upon to work various high priority items. Our team is responsible for Loss Prevention, Impounds, Corporate Security, Vehicle Damage Claims and Data Analytics. As initiatives arise, you will be asked to work with great pace and urgency to complete the assignment, which will have a direct impact on EBITDA. Projects will vary across our scope of responsibilities, so the ideal candidate will show the versatility to adjust as priorities shift.

You are a dynamic candidate who thrives in a fast-paced environment. You possess a collaborative working style and an innate ability to build strong relationships with people across functions and levels. You are customer service focused yet have the ability to say “no” when appropriate in order to remain focused on key priorities. Lastly, you have a strong sense of ownership and personal accountability to deliver high quality results.

Essential Duties and Responsibilities

• Lessen the amount of overdue vehicles

• Reduce ABG’s impound expense

• Assist in resolving customer damage disputes

• Work towards ensuring all necessary documents are in order to create a damage claim

• Drive VDC billings and recoveries

• Increase First Notice of Loss across the US Division

• Track to major departmental KPI’s

• Utilize Tableau dashboard reporting to drive EBITDA improvement

Supervisory Responsibilities

This role does not have direct supervisory responsibilities.

Qualifications(may vary by level)

Experience, Education and Qualifications

• Finance/Business Bachelor’s degree;

· 1 – 2 years of work experience

Knowledge, Skills and Abilities

• Versatile, with the ability to shift as priorities change

• Self-motivated with the ability to work independently and in teams

• The ability to learn multiple job functions

• Proactive in communicating upward to direct manager

• Highly proficient in Microsoft Office, including Word, Excel, Access, and PowerPoint

• Familiar with data visualization tools (e.g. Tableau), data access and reporting tools with the requisite computer skills

• Excellent financial and analytical abilities

• Strong written and verbal communication skills; demonstrated ability to construct well-written, thorough and professional emails and PowerPoint presentations

• Ability to prioritize, multi-task, meet deadlines, manage projects, and work in a fast-paced environment to quickly provide data analytics to Avis Budget Group’s Loss Prevention function and its stakeholders and suppliers

• Work requires the ability to quickly and accurately read, comprehend, analyze and produce analyses and written materials

• Basic understanding of client server and mainframe technologies, as well as with intranet and Internet networking

Travel Requirements

Travel (<10%) may be required for attendance at meetings, workshops, conferences and training events.
