Senior Manager - Human Resources - Transformation - Global (47930)

Project Manager

Job Summary

The Project Manager, reporting to the VP of HR Transformation, is responsible for leading cross-functional, global project teams to successfully execute key strategic, Human Resources initiatives. In this role, you will build and manage a portfolio of key projects, ensuring a clear definition of scope, plan, deliverables, resource requirements, budget and key performance measurements. The Project Manager ensures quality delivery of all projects through close partnerships with VPs pf HR and resources from across the organization in IT, HRIS, Finance, Legal, Payroll and Procurement.

Essential Duties and Responsibilities

• Manage complex, global, technical projects and cross-functional strategic initiatives

• Leads the management of all phases of the project life cycle, including analysis, design, development, testing and implementation.

• Ensures that projects are delivered on-time, within scope and within budget as per the PMO Methodology and PPM tool.

• Drive the definition of project scope and objectives, involving all relevant stakeholders and ensuring technical feasibility

• Assigns the right resources to the tasks on the project schedule as appropriate to ensure project quality.

• Measure project performance using appropriate tools and techniques

• Report and escalate to management as needed

• Perform risk management to minimize project risks

• Create and maintain comprehensive project documentation

• Foster strong and collaborative relations with internal and external stakeholders

Required Experience

• BA required

• PMP certification preferred; HR (SHRM or PHR) certification a plus

• Minimum 3-5 years project management experience working in large, global, complex business environments

• Change Management experience a plus

Required Knowledge, Skills and Abilities

• Demonstrates the ability to influence cross functional teams Strong project management, quality improvement and organizational skills

• Ability to effectively facilitate meetings and decision making sessions, present information and respond to questions from groups of staff managers, senior leadership and stakeholders

• Superior conceptual and analytical skills with the ability to succinctly interpret data and strategic frameworks for senior leadership

• Comfortable working in a technical environment, ability to quickly understand data and data models

• Ability to communicate complex scenarios and options quickly to all audiences

• Ability to adapt to shifting priorities

• Experience with MS Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint and Visio), MS Project and quick learner on other PPM Tools

Travel Requirements: minimal travel is required
