Avis Budget Group Workforce Planning Coordinator in Parsippany, New Jersey
Maintains accuracy of employee data and accrual balances in Time & Attendance system. Troubleshoots issues to ensure employees are paid accurately and on time. Perform audits on accruals to determine any manual updates needed based on accrual rules. Essential duties and responsibilities, shown below, will vary accordingly based on assignment.
Essential Duties and Responsibilities
Analyzes and resolves issues identified by timekeepers for the Time & Attendance system, researching union contracts or non-union policies as necessary.
Perform weekly and monthly audits. Identifies, analyzes and resolves issues with inaccurate data and communicates to end users/HR4U as necessary.
Authorizes Time & Attendance users access and assists with password resets.
Provides ongoing support and troubleshooting with WorkJam Clocks.
Assist timekeepers with researching PTO balance questions from employees.
Ensure meal breaks are compliant with State/City law and CBA’s.
Drive cost savings obtained by appropriate use of PTO time.
Adhoc projects as needed.
Bachelor’s degree in computers or equivalent work experience.
Up to 3 years professional experience with a Time & Attendance system.
Required Knowledge, Skills and Abilities
Excellent analytical and communication skills
Expert MS Excel
Access proficiency preferred.
Knowledge of Time & Attendance system functionality
