Open Part-time Lost and Found –Administration Position

Expectations (not limited to):

  • Assist with our Lost and Found Customer Service programs; Fulfilling customer recovery processes through the use of multiple office and computer programs and equipment.

  • Answering phones and directing customers to appropriate department and or solving customer issues.

  • Excellent Customer service, verbal and written communication skills a must.

  • Ability to communicate effectively through e-mail, phone, text messaging or any other method of communication required to meet high customer service standards for our customers.

  • Excellent computer skills, ability to learn and apply training to utilize current and future programs to assist customers with their AB rental or lost and found items.

  • Ability to work with Windows based software, including (MS office, Outlook, Excel, Word, Lync, internet and web applications and our internal Blue Zone Rental programs.

  • Ability to work Weekends (Fri – Sun.) 6 hours per day.

  • Will work hand in hand with other employees and Managers

  • Flexibility with assignments as needed.
