As a Preferred Customer Service Representative , you will direct customers to the next step in their Avis Budget Rental Experience. You will provide customers with directions and travel tips. You will also prepare and process rental transactions while obtaining and verifying the customer's information.

Responsibilities include:

  • Respond to and anticipate customer service needs and issues

  • Process Preferred Rentals/Upgrades/Exchanges

  • Sell various products that Avis and Budget offers

  • Complete clerical functions and other tasks as assigned.

  • Responsible for all Exit Booth functions for both Avis and Budget Customers

The successful candidate will possess:

  • Strong customer service skills with high priority on customer satisfaction

  • Excellent communication skills

  • Teamwork and interpersonal skills

  • Must have retail sales experience

  • Typing skills required: 20 WPM minimum

  • Positive, upbeat attitude to do the job and get along with co-workers

  • Flexibility and adaptability to a changing work environment

  • Flexibility and adaptability to work any shifts including week-ends

  • High work performance, standards, and reliability.

  • A valid driver’s license with no infraction.

  • 6 months - 1 year of related customer service experience
