Job Description – Preferred Customer Service Representative

As a Preferred Service Representative , you will direct customers to the next step in their Avis Budget Rental Experience. You will provide customers with directions and travel tips. You will also prepare and process rental transactions while obtaining and verifying the customer's information.

Job Summary: Part Time Preferred Customer Service Agent
Respond to and anticipate customer service needs and issues
Process Preferred Rentals/Upgrades/Exchanges
Sell various products that Avis and Budget offers
Complete clerical functions and other tasks as assigned.
Responsible for all Exit Booth functions for both Avis and Budget Customers
The successful candidate will possess:
Strong customer service skills with high priority on customer satisfaction
Excellent communication skills and knowledge of French as a second language is a definite
Teamwork and interpersonal skills
Must have retail sales experience
Typing skills required: 20 WPM minimum
Positive, upbeat attitude to do the job and get along with co-workers
Flexibility and adaptability to a changing work environment
Flexibility and adaptability to work any shifts including week-ends
High work performance, standards, and reliability.
A valid driver’s license with no infraction.
Grade 12, Related Customer Service Courses, 6 months to 1 years’ experience
